We serve the needs of Chicago students and their families from PK-College. We also serve and support English as a Second Language learning experiences. We respond to the needs of Black and Latina/o students living south and west of the Eisenhower Expressway in Chicago. We provide holistic and individualized supports to students as they navigate the modern world of education in the United States. We facilitate the growth of social and cultural capital to sustain continued academic success. We promote self-advocacy for our students so they are never reliant on others for their needs.

How We Serve our Students
CHIEAC team members work directly with students to provide guidance as they navigate their educational journey. We work with all students and families who are residents of Chicago.
English Language Learning for Children and Adults
NOTE: We also provide English-language student/family advocacy with schools to connect students and their family to resources intended to improve their current educational experiences.
Academic
Tutoring services are available for high school students and college students specifically in the area of English.
Creating individual study plans for students that manages their time and balances their schedule.
Individualized Education Plan guidance and support for students and their family.
Wellness
Comprehensive Wellness Assessments: We provide planning, support, and guidance to families and students seeking strength restoring wellness to all areas of their life including physical, emotional, mental, financial, academic, and spiritual wellness. We
Personal Health Needs: we connect students and families with providers near their area and within their economic means
Finance Planning: money can provide a huge amount of stress for financially dependent or struggling students. CHIEAC helps alleviate this stress so students can focus on their students and career goals.
Holistic Supports
Holistic academic supports take a comprehensive approach to student success, addressing academic, social, and emotional needs. This involves mental health services, promoting healthy lifestyles, engaging families and communities, providing personalized academic guidance, ensuring resource accessibility, embracing diversity, and developing essential life skills.
